AFAIK, the only difference between Poly 800 models is Mk I vs Mk II (that is, there's no feature difference between, say, different serial numbers of Mk I synths).

Those are two different features that aren't necessarily related in terms of which synth can do which. How do i recognize if the 800 i m trying to purchased is able to do it ?You've now said two things about patch storage:Ģ) You want to be able to store patches when you power down You can choose just Data, or just Sequence to be loaded and saved. So everything gets erased when you load this file. Note: Both sequence and program data are loaded and saved from tape. It loads the factory content into the Korg POLY-800 by way of the tape interface or via midi sysex.
